Very disappointing
Ordered in May and was told I'd receive it in July (#1429). I've emailed countless times but no response. Have requested multiple times for my order's tracking number but no answer. Poor service and bad accountability. Don't think I'll be ordering from here again.
I ordered from Pureflow Hairstyling and my order 1362 hasn't came despite me ordering 6 months ago.
I've emailed over 15 times and almost all have been ignored, I've even left reviews, called the company line, and texted them on social media. I've mainly been ignored, and when I haven't, I've been lied to.
It's been over half a damn year and nothing has worked, I've done everything to reach out. Do not order from this brand.
Pomade is really good wet look and great hold. Sea salt gods hold but lacks good ingredients
Great products, had a small issue but pureflow even compensated me for it and gave us extra products! will be buying again soon
