Cam within 14 days great for all day hold
I originally placed my order April 1st, yes this is a pre order or it was at the time so I was expecting to wait. I sent many emails asking where my order was and got no reply. It is now July 21st, no updates, replies or any insightful info. Seems this brand is potentially a scam on their pre orders. It doesn't add up though because other people have actually received this product when ordering way after I did. The story is illogical and the customer support seems to be now non existant. I did get one reply in all my emails saying I would recieve it within "15-30 days" on May 2nd. Obviously that never happened, I'm extremely dissapointed and frustrated.
I only received one clay instead of 3 when i ordered the 3 pack
The new coconut sand scent smells very good. The texture is amazing and Greta workability . Works better than based clay for me
